PaintCheck 是一款簡單易用的便攜式測厚儀，可在鋼材與鋁材（非鐵金屬）表面進行快速、無損的油漆與塗層厚度檢測。特別適合汽車經銷商、鈑金維修廠、保險鑑定人員等需要單手操作進行基本檢測的使用者。

其解析度為 0.5 mil（5 µm），可滿足基礎塗層檢查需求（如判斷是否有補土或重噴），但不適用於高精度專業檢測。測量時只需將儀器放置於測試表面，即可即時顯示厚度數據，無需刮傷或損壞塗層。

PaintCheck 會自動選擇最佳測量方法（磁感應或渦電流），且無需校正，讓使用更簡單。

PaintCheck is a simple, portable thickness gauge that provides fast, non-destructive paint and coating thickness measurements on steel and aluminum (non-ferrous metals). It is ideal for car dealerships, body shops, insurance adjusters, and similar users who need a basic, one-handed gauge.

With a resolution of 0.5 mils (5 µm), it is sufficient for basic inspection tasks (such as detecting filler or repainting), though not intended for high-precision measurements. Simply place the gauge on the surface and an accurate reading appears instantly, without scratching or damaging the coating.

PaintCheck automatically selects the optimal measuring method (magnetic induction or eddy current), requiring no calibration.
