PosiTector RTR 是一款專業級表面粗糙度複型膠帶讀取儀，能快速、精確地測量噴砂處理後表面輪廓的 峰谷高度（Peak-to-Valley Height）。此儀器專為現場與實驗室檢測設計，具備防水、防塵、防油的耐候特性，操作簡單且堅固耐用。
同時，PosiTector 主機支援多種探頭互換，可靈活擴展為 塗層厚度計、露點儀、超音波厚度計 等，滿足各種檢測需求。

PosiTector RTR is a professional Replica Tape Reader designed to measure the peak-to-valley surface profile height after abrasive blasting. Rugged, weatherproof, and easy to operate, it is ideal for both field and laboratory applications.
The PosiTector body accepts interchangeable probes, easily converting into a coating thickness gage, dew point meter, ultrasonic thickness gage, and more, offering maximum versatility.

應用說明 / Application Principle

複型膠帶法（Replica Tape Method）：
將標準化膠帶壓印於表面形成輪廓，儀器讀取峰谷高度。
Replica tape is pressed onto the surface to form a replica profile, and the gage measures the peak-to-valley height.
自動扣除 50.8 µm (2 mil) 基材厚度。
Automatically subtracts 50.8 µm (2 mil) incompressible substrate thickness.
可測量 Height (H) 與 Linearized Height (HL)。
Measures both Height (H) and Linearized Height (HL).
